Mrs. Cody Named Augusta Teacher of the Year

Fourth Grade teacher Jennifer Cody was surprised by superintendent Matt Ward on Friday, August 9th at a special Celebration Friday. Mr. Ward announced to Garfield students that Cody has been chosen as the 2025 Elementary Teacher of the Year for our district. This means she is a nominee for the Kansas TOY and will be part of a teacher network touring exemplary schools in the state.  Congrats Mrs. Cody!
